1. After you've created your own project, you can click on the search bar in the top right corner and search for you project location.

2. You can control the camera by using the WASD keys, the left and right mouse button and the scrollwheel. When you've navigated to the desired location you can select project area at the bottom of your screen. There are options for a square project area and a free form project area.

3. Draw the project area on the map, by pressing the left mouse button on the map for each corner.

4. Click to set the second corner.

5. Click to set the third corner.

6. After clicking to set the final corner, press enter to finish the shape. A shape consists of at least 3 corners. If you want to stop drawing the shape, you can press ESC.

7. After drawing the project area you receive a pop-up that asks if you want to add a subarea. You can read this text for yourself to see if it's needed for your project.

8. If the existing buildings in your project are going to be demolished, you can include those right away. Otherwise you can skip this step.

9. For this example we don't want to demolish the buildings, but we do want to include them in our project.

10. After pressing include, the project area and the subarea are both successfully added. You can now start working on the project within this project area.
