Are you using a recommended web browser?
We strongly recommend using Chrome or Firefox for running the 3D Cityplanner. This is because most other browsers do not have full support for 3D Visualisations and can result in downgraded graphical features or performance.
As a third option, it is possible to use Microsoft Edge but only if you are on the latest version of Windows 10 with current updates.
